Hello I’m Anji, aka @MelaninMerlot
Just a touch of my story that led to the birth of Sip & Scent Candle Bar… I was a teacher for the first 10 years of my career, an investigator for the last decade, and now an entrepreneur. One of my greatest passions, besides motherhood, is creating experiences.
For me, it’s all about building memories. If the past few years have taught me anything, it’s that life matters. In life, I’ve found my greatest treasures to be the fun times and beautiful memories I’ve built with my loved ones. That has become the fuel for my latest passion.

Why We Do It
I created Sip & Scent Candle Bar as a way for me to bring people together, even if it’s in a virtual setting. I want people to do something peculiar and special.
Whether, it’s an out-of-the-box idea for a date night with that special someone or a fun get together with great friends. Maybe it’s just a time for you to appreciate and love on yourself, or an exciting and different activity with the kids… Everybody can indulge for any occasion.
